Rigid gas-permeable and rigid hard lenses have been available for many years, and while they take more adaptation than soft lenses, they offer remarkable clarity of vision, and can be used in many cases where soft lenses are just not appropriate.  At Buckingham Opticians we have over twenty years' experience in fitting contact lenses, and can help find just the right gas-permeable or hard lens for you.  They are also available in spherical single vision, toric and multifocal designs.
