As VDU's ("Visual Display Units"; also called DSE - "Display Screen Equipment") become more and more prevalent in our everyday lives, we demand more and more of our eyes and vision, particularly over the past few years with the development of tablet computers and smartphones.  Frequent or prolonged use of computer screens can cause headaches, blurry vision, dizziness and fatigue, and can be associated with visual stress.
